Our annual conferences are for anyone, whatever stage you are on your journey to wholeness. The conferences are designed to be a catalyst and launchpad for individuals to move forward with clarity, power, understanding and knowledge as well as a top up for those who have commenced their journey, to ensure they remain on the road to success.   

A special part of each conference is where we hear life-changing testimonies from those who have participated in our programmes. This experience is one of the most rewarding aspects of the work we do to support you on your journey to wholeness.  

It’s Time International Women’s Conference 

It’s Time is our International Women’s Conference to help women ascend to another level in their walk with God. It’s an annual event that brings together dynamic and powerful speakers to share the stage with Apostle Jacqueline Peart. You will hear their inspiring yet candid and practical insights on how to rise above barriers that often come to delay, divert or destroy your destiny in Christ. Our aim is to empower individuals to triumph over every one of them. 

The conference will help you to answer questions like: 

What have you been putting off doing? 

What dreams do you have that are yet to be realised? 

What excuses are you telling yourself that keep you from fulfilling them? 

This is a conference for those who “hear destiny’s call” and know “It’s Time to step out and move upward!”

Leaders Inspiring Leaders (LIL) Gathering 

The Leaders Inspiring Leaders—or LIL—Gathering is an annual conference run exclusively for those who have completed the LIL Programme. Having spent a year developing your personal leadership skills in a safe, supportive and empowering environment these special gatherings now offer you an exciting opportunity to celebrate your growth and learnings alongside fellow leaders, both emerging and mature. 

There is something hugely inspiring and powerful when leaders gather together to sharpen each other. Hearing about their journey and the lessons they’ve learned along the way, as well as the biblical and leadership development principles that have been most helpful in their personal walk over the years, can literally transform your own life and acceleration as a leader. 

One of the most exciting opportunities for us at JPIM is to see the fruit of the S.E.E.D in the leaders we have had the privilege of walking alongside over the previous year. It is amazing to see the miracle of the seed at work as we witness each leader emerging to become so much more than he or she was at the beginning.
